SC Asks Madhya Pradesh HC to Consider Reinstatement of Ex-District Judge - 15.07.2020

Supreme Court has recommended to the Madhya Pradesh High Court to consider the reinstatement of the former Additional District and Sessions Judge from Madhya Pradesh who had made allegations of sexual harassment against a sitting Judge of the High Court.
