NGT Slams Delhi Govt. over Delay in Operationalisation of Bawana Plant - 14.01.2016

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has slammed Delhi Government and North Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC) for inordinate delay in operationalising Bawana waste-to-energy plant.
