Delhi HC Issues Notice in Plea Seeking Direction to Family Courts to Record Evidence - 29.05.2020

Delhi High Court has issued notice to Delhi Government, Headquarters of Family Courts, and the Delhi High Court in a plea seeking a direction to be issued to Family Courts to record evidence in pending cases through video conferencing.
