SC Seeks Centre's Response on Plea Against Communalization of Nizamuddin Markaz Issue - 28.05.2020

SC has sought Centre’s response in a plea seeking action against the media for communalization of Nizamuddin Markaz issue and directed Petitioners to implead News Broadcasters Association to explain that why no action was taken by it under Cable Televisions Networks (Regulation) Act, 1995.
