Bombay HC Directs Petitioners to Deposit Rs.1 Crore as Precondition for Hearing - 28.05.2020

Bombay High Court has directed the 'Abhinav Bharat Congress' to deposit Rs. 1 Crore with the registry as a precondition for hearing the plea seeking directions to State and Municipal Corporation to take control of the management of two hospitals under the Wadia hospital trust in Mumbai.
