P&H HC: Courts Should Not Engage in Social Mores in Protection Petition - 27.05.2020

P&H High Court has remarked that a Court hearing a Protection Petition filed by runaway couples need not preach on morality or human behaviour and must ensure that the couple's rights under Article 21 of Constitution are protected.
