Bombay HC Rejects Plea to Utilize Money in 'Indigent Patient Fund' for Patients - 27.05.2020

Bombay HC has rejected a Petition seeking directions to the State to allow withdrawal of funds meant for patients belonging to the economically weaker section of the society under the 'Indigent Patient Fund', for COVID-19 patients in the hospital who do not belong to the weaker section.
