Delhi HC Directs Delhi Govt to Ensure Safety of Persons Residing Adjacent to Health Workers - 25.05.2020

Delhi HC has held that while no one has a right to ask for removal of resident health workers from their neighbourhood, Delhi Govt. cannot escape their obligation to provide protected environment to senior citizens & other residents adjacent to such buildings which are occupied by health workers.
