Telangana HC: State Cannot Compel Testing/Treatment in Government Facilities - 25.05.2020

Telangana HC has held that State cannot compel residents of Telangana to get testing for COVID-19 in designated laboratories decided by them & treatment/isolation only in hospitals designated by them, when the residents are willing to pay the cost and get their blood samples tested in private labs.
