Madhya Pradesh HC Imposes Bail Condition to Register As COVID-19 Warrior - 20.05.2020

Madhya Pradesh High Court has allowed a bail application moved by accused under the Scheduled Castes and Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 while directing them to register themselves as "COVID-19 Warriors" and work in the "COVID-19 Disaster Management", as per directions of the concerned District Magistrate.
