Madras HC Appoints Wife as Husband’s Guardian to Deal with Assets of Husband in Coma - 13.01.2016

Madras High Court, while providing relief to a 40-year old woman struggling to meet mounting treatment cost of her husband who is in coma for the past 18 months, has appointed her as his guardian for the purpose of dealing with his immovable properties and bank accounts on his behalf.
