SC Refuses to Issue Notice on LG Polymer's Challenge Against NGT Constituting Committee - 20.05.2020

Supreme Court has refused to issue notice on a plea filed by LG Polymers against the order passed by National Green Tribunal (NGT) which directed the South Korean company to pay Rs. 50 Crores and constituted a fact-finding committee. The Court has asked the company to raise questions regarding jurisdiction of the NGT before the Tribunal itself.
