Delhi HC Imposes Fee Restrictions on Two Branches of Apeejay - 20.05.2020

Delhi High Court has barred two branches of Apeejay school from collecting any amount other than tuition fee from students. The Court has further stated that the fee can only be charged at the rates prevailing prior to 31st October, 2019. The Court has directed the schools, located in Saket and Sheikh Sarai, to immediately pay salaries of the staff and teachers.
