Delhi HC Allows Habeas Plea on State's Inability to Execute Production Warrant - 18.05.2020

Delhi High Court has allowed a habeas corpus Petition to direct the release of a person, holding that the inability of the State to execute a production warrant issued by a State is not a reason to detain a person.
