CCI Permits ATC's Rs 7,635-Crore Stake Buy in Viom Networks - 13.01.2016

Competition Commission of India (CCI) has permitted American Tower Corp to acquire a majority stake in telecom tower firm Viom Networks for Rs 7,635 crore in an all-cash deal.
