Allahabad HC Dismisses Plea Alleging UP Govt of Irregularities in Procurement & Supply of PPE Kits - 18.05.2020

Allahabad High Court has dismissed a Petition filed against the State-owned Uttar Pradesh Medical Supply Corporation Limited, for alleged irregularities and corruption in procurement and supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Kits to doctors and paramedical staff of government medical colleges across the State, during the COVID-19 pandemic.
