Delhi HC Seeks Center's Response to De-link Aarogya Setu App from Website Promoting E-Pharmacies - 15.05.2020

Delhi High Court has asked the Central Government to respond on a plea filed against linking of the Government mandated Aarogya Setu App with a website for promotion of E-pharmacies. The Court has directed the Union of India to file a reply within 10 days.
