Uttarakhand HC: Private Schools Not to Demand Fee from Students Unable to Access Online Classes - 15.05.2020

Uttarakhand High Court has restrained all private unaided schools in the State from demanding tuition fee from parents, in view of the lockdown situation, in conformity with the State Government's order dated 2nd May, 2020, whereby collecting any fees other than tuition fees and payment of tuition fees was made voluntary.
