Allahabad HC Issues Notice to UP Govt on PIL Challenging Relaxation of Labour Laws - 15.05.2020

Allahabad High Court has issued notice to the Uttar Pradesh Government in a Public Interest Litigation challenging the Government order for relaxation of certain labour laws, particularly the provisions of the Factories Act, 1948, in the State.
