Telangana HC: Conduct COVID-19 Tests on Dead Bodies as Per Stipulated Guidelines - 15.05.2020

Telangana High Court has directed the State Government to mandatorily conduct COVID-19 tests on dead bodies so as to effectuate contact-tracing of the deadly virus. The Court has also directed the State Government to file an updated status report encompassing the strategy for purposes of conducting Coronavirus tests on dead bodies.
