Madhya Pradesh HC: Application for Anticipatory Bail Maintainable After Accused Declared Absconder - 14.05.2020

Madhya Pradesh High Court has observed that declaration of an accused as an "absconder" under Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 does not preclude him from filing an application for seeking anticipatory bail.
