Supreme Court Slams Prashant Bhushan - 13.01.2016

Supreme Court, while questioning locus standi of NGO Centre for Public Interest in filing public interest litigations pertaining to corporate issues like 4G, has slammed advocate Prashant Bhushan over filing a large number of PILs through his NGO.
