Madras HC Issues Directions to MACT to Not Draw Decrees for Awards - 13.05.2020

Madras High Court has held that the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal need not draw decrees like regular civil Courts, for the same is not contemplated either under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 or under the Tamil Nadu Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal Rules, 1989.
