Bombay HC Asks State to Continue with Committees for Organ Transplant - 12.01.2016

Bombay High Court has asked Maharashtra Government to continue with its district-level authorisation committees set up to allow organ transplants until new panels are constituted in accordance with the guidelines laid down by the Centre.
