Kerala HC Stays Criminal Proceedings Against Children Below 7 Yrs of Age, Accused of Rape - 11.05.2020

Kerala High Court has stayed all the criminal proceedings and has directed the concerned authorities to forthwith put the case where three children, below 7 years of age have been accused of rape, before the Juvenile Justice Board.
