Delhi HC Asks CAT to Consider Commencing Hearing via Video Conferencing - 11.05.2020

Delhi High Court has urged the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) to consider commencing hearing of urgent matters via video conferencing during the lockdown period, so that the litigants do not suffer on account of in-access to justice.
