Madras HC: Netas, Corporates Using Defamation as Tool to Intimidate Media - 08.05.2020

Madras High Court has said that powerful politicians and corporates are using defamation cases against media as “tools of intimidation”, and the higher judiciary will not desert its duty when it comes to protection of fundamental rights.
