Bombay HC Asks State to File Reply in PIL Seeking Distribution of Seized Sanitizers, Masks - 05.05.2020

Bombay High Court has directed the State Government to file a reply in a public interest litigation filed by Mohan Joshi seeking distribution of sanitizers, face masks and Personal Protection Equipment kits that were meant for the black market but were seized by the police, amongst doctors, medical staff, police officials and other 'Corona Warriors'.
