SC Dismisses Plea by District Judge Challenging Appointment of Additional Judges - 04.05.2020

Supreme Court has dismissed a plea seeking quashing of Presidential Order dated 30th April, 2020 which appointed a "junior" as Additional Judge of the Karnataka High Court.
