Jharkhand HC: No Interest Recovery Without Show Cause Notice and Adjudication - 04.05.2020

Jharkhand High Court has held that the process of recovery of interest cannot be initiated against an assessee under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 without a prior show cause notice and adjudication proceedings.
