Bombay HC Directs State & BMC to File Reply in Plea Against Illegal Quarantine - 01.05.2020

Bombay High Court has directed the State Government and the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) to submit their reply to a habeas corpus Petition filed by a member of the Centre of Indian Trade Unions alleging that a fellow member had been "illegally quarantined" by the authorities.
