SC Refuses Plea for Financial Aid for Lawyers During Lockdown - 30.04.2020

Supreme Court has refused to entertain a plea seeking directions to the Bar Council of India (BCI) to create financial emergency funds for practicing lawyers who have no means of income in wake of the nationwide lockdown.
