Madras HC Issues Notice to Centre on PIL for GST Exemption for Masks and Sanitisers - 29.04.2020

Madras High Court has issued notice to the Union government on a Public Interest Litigation seeking removal of the 18% Goods and Services Tax on sanitisers and 5% Goods and Services Tax on masks in these difficult times of COVID-19 pandemic.
