Kerala HC Stays Kerala Move to Defer Govt Staff Salary - 29.04.2020

Kerala High Court has stayed the State Government’s order on deferring payment of a month’s salary to its staffers in a bid to mobilise COVID-19 funds, stating that the order was not backed by any law.
