Karnataka HC: Doctors Wanting to Pursue PG Courses Cannot be Made to Serve Bond of Five Years - 27.04.2020

Karnataka High Court has directed the Employees State Insurance Corporation, Medical College and Hospital to release the transfer certificates of doctors wanting to pursue postgraduate course immediately, without insisting them to compulsory serve the hospital for five years.
