Customs Brokers Licensing (Amendment) Regulations, 2016

MANU/CUSN/0001/2016

The Central Board of Excise and Customs has notified Regulations, 2016 amending the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2013. The amendment extends the CA/MBA/LLB degree requirement for a person handling customs work to include ACMA or FCMA degrees as well.
