Calcutta HC Requires Colour Blind Land Owner to be Employed Suitably by Acquiring Authority - 23.04.2020

Calcutta High Court has declared that a member of a family whose land has been acquired with an assurance of providing an employment over and above the financial compensation cannot be denied any employment in the organisation on the ground of his suffering from colour blindness.
