Bombay HC Quashes Prosecution of 2 Former IFIN Auditors - 22.04.2020

Bombay High Court has quashed the prosecution of BSR Associates and Deloitte Haskins & Sells, auditors of the crisis-ridden IL&FS Financial Services (IFIN). The Court has held that the prosecution by the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) was unsustainable.
