Punjab and Haryana HC: SC Order for Release of Prisoners Not to Mean Compulsory Release - 21.04.2020

Punjab and Haryana High Court has clarified that the Supreme Court's order dated 23rd March, 2020 for release of prisoners is not to be interpreted so as to mean that the prisoners have to be "compulsorily" released from prisons.
