SC: No Reservation in Promotions Without Examining Adequacy of Representation in Promotional Posts - 20.04.2020

Supreme Court has upheld the quashing of a resolution passed Orissa Government, following the principle that reservation in promotions cannot be granted without examining adequacy of representation in promotional posts.
