J&K HC Takes Suo Moto Cognizance of Domestic Violence Cases Amid Lockdown - 20.04.2020

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has taken suo moto cognizance of plight of victims in domestic violence cases amidst lockdown and issued notices to the concerned authorities to submit an action taken report.
