Bombay HC Takes Suo Motu Cognizance Regarding Death of Leopard Due to Alleged Negligence - 17.04.2020

Bombay High Court has taken suo motu cognizance of a news report published by the Lokmat News Network on 15th April, 2020 pertaining to the alleged callousness, negligence and lack of sensitivity by the employees of the Forest Department while capturing a leopard at village Thergaon in Aurangabad district, resulting in the leopard's death.
