Delhi HC Issues Notice in Police Officer's Plea Seeking Quashing of FIR Under SC/ST Act - 16.04.2020

Delhi High Court has issued notice in a plea moved by a police officer seeking quashing of a First Information Report (FIR) against him which was registered for offences punishable under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
