Jharkhand HC Allows Plea for Anticipatory Bail on Precondition of Contribution to PM CARES Fund - 16.04.2020

Jharkhand High Court has allowed an anticipatory bail application subject to payment of Rs. 10,000 towards the Prime Minister Citizens Assistant Relief in Emergency Situation (PM CARES) Fund.
