SC Upholds Medical Oxygen IP and Nitrous Oxide to be Taxed As Per Entry 88 of VAT Act - 13.04.2020

Supreme Court has held that 'Medical Oxygen IP' and 'Nitrous Oxide IP' should be taxed as drugs under Entry 88 of the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005, and not as 'unclassified goods'.
