Orissa HC Partially Lifts Ban on Using Two Wheelers, Orders Release of Seized Vehicles on Undertaking - 13.04.2020

Orissa High Court has observed that until the availability of essential commodities at "walkable distance" is ensured by the State, an absolute ban on vehicles is not justifiable amidst the lockdown.
