Delhi HC Denies Bail to Accused Who Wanted to Support His Family as Father is Quarantined - 13.04.2020

Delhi High Court has denied interim bail to a person who wanted to take care of his family as his father has been quarantined due to COVID19. The Court has reasoned that the Petitioner's father had already completed 7 days in quarantine and is left with only 7 more days for the quarantine period to be completed. Thereafter, there's a possibility of the situation improving.
