Delhi HC: RBI Advisory on Moratorium Applicable Even to Loans on Default as on 1st March - 09.04.2020

Delhi High Court has held that the advisory issued by Reserve Bank of India on moratorium on loans in the wake of COVID-19 pandemic is applicable even to loans which were on default as on 1st March, 2020.
