AP HC Takes Suo Moto Case on Letter Petition Against Govt Decision to Defer Payment of Salaries - 09.04.2020

Andhra Pradesh High Court has taken suo moto cognisance on a Letter-Petition on the issue of deferment of payment of salaries & pensions as per a Government Order issued by the State Government on 31st March, 2020. The Court has granted 1 week to the Advocate General to respond on the issue.
