Delhi HC Directs Banks to Keep Status Quo on Asset Classification - 09.04.2020

Delhi High Court has said banks should maintain status quo on asset classification between 1st March, 2020 and 31st May, 2020, the period for which the Reserve Bank of India has advised moratorium on term loans for stressed borrowers.
